I have been in Scientology for a number of years and I can truly say that if I had not done the Communication Course I would not be where I am today, - a successful businessman, with my own company. The course I did was tough and really got in the basics of control and communication. When you are dealing with people you have to know how to get them to get things done. In that way their morale stays high and you have an effective team.
